Orders

Payments for orders are currently taken care of by PayPal or by Mal’s E-com and Internet Secure. Orders are placed through their billing system by clicking on buy buttons throughout our shopping cart. A customer is not committed to purchasing a product placed in our shopping cart as the customer can choose to remove the item. The customer can place as many items as wanted in the shopping cart. Most shopping buttons are for the traditional shopping system and PayPal specific buttons provided for PayPal’s shopping cart.
You no longer have to register with PayPal to use their shopping cart and payment functions.
You can also send your order by fax form which is located at http://store.promechanics.com/faxform.pdf. Orders sent by fax will be processed through Internet Secure’s billing system.
Military orders should be sent by fax to insure the address and credit card are received correctly.

Credit Cards

Our processing services through Internet Secure covers cards from Visa, American Express and Discover. PayPal’s service covers Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Shipments

All orders are shipped by UPS unless otherwise requested by the customer. Most orders ship within 2-4 (estimated) days. Rototrans and Polytrans cases require a couple weeks lead time for assembly. Most shipments leave from Southern California and therefore take more than 8 business days to reach the east coast of the United States. Requests for UPS tracking numbers take between 4 and 5 days to process.

Military orders are shipped by the US Postal Service.

Prices are subject to change without notice and any such changes will be prospective, not retroactive.

Personal Responsibility

Customers assume personal responsibility for all goods purchased from ProMechanics and for any and all damages or injuries of any kind, including paralysis and death, which may result from use of these goods. By purchasing goods from ProMechanics, the customer acknowledges the potential dangers and risks involved with the use of these products and further agrees to withhold harmless, indemnify, protect and defend Promechanics against any incident or action involving products purchased from Promechanics.
